Cocoa Butter, Shae butter, Vitamin E oil, Almond oil, and essential oils. Massage the stretch mark scrub regularly on any area where you want to avoid stretch marks. (I recommend the tummy, sides, breasts, and tops of thighs.) Cleanse the body area to be abraded or use it while in the shower. Massage spoonful amount onto the stretch marks in small circles.
